Located in France, in Antibes, on the French Riviera, EasyLounge is an online sales site specialising in the sale of HiFi and home theater materials which has been in existence since 2005.

The EasyLounge shop on AV-Market is dedicated to offering "stock B" materials including customer returns that have been unpacked, exhibition materials or sometimes materials that have been damaged during transport or those that have been reconditioned by the manufacturer.

The reasons are presented very clearly in our advertisements and we always make photos showing the details when we have cosmetic defects.

Terms and conditions of the right of return (withdrawal)

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal from EasyLounge once his order has been validated and up to 14 days after delivery of the product without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.

In accordance with the texts in force, the right of retraction only concerns private individuals and not professionals.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the consumer, or the recipient designated by him, physically takes possession of the last item in the order.

In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify EasyLounge of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement, including his surname, first name, address, telephone and email. This decision can be communicated by post, fax, email or via AV-Market.com. Once the request is received and if the return is legitimate, the buyer will receive an email on his email address with a return number. The return number must imperatively appear on the package that will be returned to EasyLounge, in order to facilitate the identification of the return.

In case of withdrawal by the Buyer from this contract, EasyLounge will reimburse all payments previously received by the Buyer for the returned goods, including the participation in the delivery costs in "classic transport". The options of "floor delivery", "express delivery" or "appointment booking" will not be refunded.

In accordance with the legal provisions, EasyLounge reserves the right to refund returned products only after they have been received and verified, within a maximum period of 14 days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the payment of the initial order, unless the Buyer and EasyLounge expressly agree on a different method. In any event, this refund will not incur any costs for the Buyer.

The product(s) must be returned by the Buyer to EasyLounge at the address mentioned by email, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after notification of his decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been observed if the goods are dispatched before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

The steps, packaging and transport costs for the return of the product(s) shall be borne in full by the Buyer. For products weighing more than 30kg, the costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately €2.5 (two euros fifty) per kg.

The product(s) must imperatively be returned in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by all possible accessories, instructions for use and documentation. The Buyer shall only be liable for any depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the product. The Buyer must only handle the product and inspect it in a manner that would be permitted in a shop.
