The Shanling M2S is an audiophile model, equipped with a 32-bit / 192 kHz compatible DAC, a 3" colour screen and USB DAC and Bluetooth aptX DAC modes. Very compact and light, it can accommodate a 256 GB microSD card.

The Shanling M2S portable audio player was developed with audiophiles in mind. It benefits from a reference DAC, the Asahi Kasei AK4490, used in much more expensive devices (high-end DAPs, USB DACs, home cinema amplifiers, etc.). This chip supports 32-bit / 384 kHz PCM and DSD streams up to 11.2 MHz, from a wide range of files: FLAC, WAV, AAC, ALAC, WMA, APE (24/96) or DSD (DSD64/DSD128/DSD256). The player is thus certified Hi-Res Audio. The DAC is associated with a high quality headphone amplifier.

The Shanling M2S audiophile player features a microSD memory card reader (up to 256GB). Such a card can store thousands of FLAC HD files and tens of thousands of MP3 files. Navigation is provided by physical buttons and a simple interface displayed on the device's 6 cm diagonal color screen. A dual-core processor ensures smooth operation. The Shanling M2S Walkman has a battery life of about ten hours.
Finally, the Shanling M2S player can be used as an external DAC with any computer, via its micro USB port. Similarly, it can be used as a Bluetooth DAC (reception), associated with a smartphone or a computer. The aptX quality transmission is supported.
