Audiophile DAP FIIO M11 SV20 Black

I'm parting with my DAP Fiio M11 (SonVideo 20 years edition). It is still under warranty and in excellent condition. Only the box has some marks from time. The box contains the user manual, the warranty paper, a USB A to USB Type C charging cable, a mini jack to RCA coaxial cable, a tool to extract the micro SD cards.

For this listing price, I also include the tempered glass protection (bought on Amazon and glued on the screen of the DAP), an official leather protection from Fiio, a Samsung microSD card of 512 GB with its SD adapter.

The listening with the Fiio M11 is neutral, with a good spatialization of the instruments. That is to say that you can discern the sound scene very well (provided you have good audio files), especially on pop, rock, and classical music. After, it is possible to modify the frequencies in the player thanks to the equalizer, according to the musical genre with listening profiles. In terms of listening, it works very well in Bluetooth, and even better in wired where we reach the holy grail of audio.

The Fiio M11 HD Walkman is equipped with a dual DAC AKM AK4493EQ for reading PCM files up to 32 Bits / 384 kHz and DSD 256. The chassis is made of aluminum, which gives a high-end finish, in addition to the dual DAC AK4493EQ (present on models Astern and Kern at over 2000 euros). Its USB-C port can be exploited to connect the player to a computer and use it as a USB DAC.

The Fiio M11 player (SonVideo's 20th anniversary edition) has the Play Store, with official Android applications, while the basic model does not.

The 5-inch touchscreen ensures comfortable and smooth navigation. Recharging is done through the USB type C port, reversible (there is no need to worry about the direction of connection).

Bluetooth is bidirectional, meaning that the Fiio M11 can be used as a receiver (broadcasting music from a smartphone, tablet or computer), but also as a transmitter (broadcasting music to an amp, speaker, or Bluetooth headset). This allows you to take advantage of the conversion qualities of the dual DAC AK4493EQ. Wireless AirPlay streaming from an Apple device to the FiiO M11 is also possible.

The internal memory is 32GB, which can be expanded up to 4TB, via micro SD. The DAP has two micro SD readers, where each of them can hold a card up to 2TB of storage.
