Terms and conditions of the right of return (withdrawal)
You have 15 days to try your product from their delivery date. If it does not suit you, you can return it to us for exchange or refund. Your product will be exchanged or refunded provided that it is in the same cosmetic and functional condition as when you received it and that it is returned in the packaging provided, including the accessories supplied. In case of refund, it will be made within 7 days of receipt of your product.
