The Bowers & Wilkins HTM6 S2 is a center speaker from the seventh generation of the B&W 600 Series Anniversary Edition range, celebrating the 25th anniversary of the series. The British manufacturer has made significant improvements, including a focus on filtering with the adoption of new components for the crossover, resulting in significantly improved resolution and transparency compared to the previous generation.

The HTM6 S2 is ideal for complementing a set of B&W 600 Anniversary Edition speakers in a home theater setup. It is equipped with two 13 cm bass-midrange drivers with Continuum membranes, offering excellent reproduction of the midrange. The decoupled aluminum double dome tweeter, combined with Nautilus technology, improves sound reproduction by providing rich details.

Upgrading the crossover with new, specially treated bypass capacitors helps improve acoustic performance, increasing resolution and transparency. The speaker sensitivity is 87 dB, with an effective frequency range of 72 Hz to 28 kHz. It requires a quality amplifier with a power of between 30 and 120 W, or even more. In summary, the HTM6 S2 offers a combination of musicality, component quality, advanced technologies, aesthetic refinement and distinctive sound.
